## The Awakening Session

Restore balance. Realign energy. Return to center. A foundational energy healing experience designed to gently restore balance within your mind, body, and energy. Through a blend of Reiki, Seraphim energy healing, chakra balancing, intuitive guidance, and light meditative support, this session works to clear stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and realign your energetic centers. A beautiful starting point if you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of energetic support and recalibration. Supports: • Chakra balancing and energetic alignment • Clearing of stagnant or blocked energy • Nervous system regulation and grounding • Emotional release and stress reduction • Reconnection to inner calm, clarity, and stability Available in-person or as Distance Healing.
