Choosing to begin energy work — whether Reiki, Seraphim Energy Healing, a sacred women's circle, or a session for your child — is a tender step. Most people arrive with questions: what a session actually feels like, whether they need to believe in anything in particular, what to wear, how often to come back, and whether this kind of work is safe alongside therapy, medical care, or other healing practices. The answers below are here to soften that unknown so you can arrive grounded and open.

Every session at Awakening You Studios is held in a quiet, scent-aware space in Herriman, Utah. Nothing is asked of you beyond your willingness to rest. You stay fully clothed, you don't need to share a story you aren't ready to tell, and you're never required to interpret your own experience on the table. The work is gentle, non-invasive, and shaped around what your nervous system is asking for that day. Many clients say their first session feels like the deepest exhale they've taken in months.
